In Conversation: The role of good governance in the success of an organisation

In this second exchange in UICC's In Conversation series, Dr Cary Adams of UICC and Prof. Sanchia Aranda of C/Can speak about how different organisations require different governance frameworks to carry out their missions.

Header Paragraph

The success of an organisation often depends on establishing a governance structure that is best suited to its particular objectives.

In this conversation, Dr Cary Adams, CEO of UICC draws on Prof. Aranda's impressive career as an oncology nurse and her leadership roles as Chair of the City Cancer Challenge Foundation (C/Can) and formerly as President of UICC, to illustrate the importance of governance in making an organisation work.
