Establish a Screening Program to detect Cancer early , and with curative treatment change the arc of survival, the majority of cancer patients > 80% present with advanced Cancer and Palliative care is not available - we wish to establish a Palliative Care Centre , focus on AIDS related cancer since there is a high HIV incidence, Promote HPV vaccination to prevent cancer among indigenous people of the Amazon Rain Forest.
