JOB TITLE: MEMBERS AND PARTNERS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
The Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) is a membership organisation that exists to unite the cancer community to reduce the global cancer burden, to promote greater equity, and to integrate cancer control into the world health and development agenda.

Summary of Position
The Members and Partners Development Coordinator will support the Members and Partners Development Director (M&P) and her team to successfully conduct the day-to-day operational management and the delivery of all activities pertaining to UICC’s membership and partnership base, funds development and fundraising.
The Coordinator will also work with other UICC teams and external stakeholders to support the recruitment and engagement of new members and partners, including cancer organisations, international companies and foundations.
Duties and responsibilities of the Members and Partners Development Coordinator include but are not necessarily limited to:
Overall assistance to the Members and Partners Development team in the planning, coordination and follow-up of their activities
Support with day-to-day logistics and administration. Manage new members’ applications, invoices, certificates, etc. Collect and analyse relevant information and profiles of potential partners through online research and update the members and partners data in the CRM system
Support the M&P team with the development of regular marketing and communications materials such as features in newsletters, presentations, concept notes, thank you letters, brochures, reports, web content, etc. aimed at members and partners.

- Ability to be a team player whilst still working independently.
- University degree with a minimum of two years professional experience in sales, communications or marketing is preferred
- Excellent MS Office skills are required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Other languages are a plus
- The candidate should have an eligible Swiss work permit.
