2015 UICC Workshop Programme Call for Proposals now open

Last year, six grants were awarded and workshops took place in Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Sudan and Uganda. We hope the programme will be equally geographically diverse and successful this year!

Key information:

WHAT

• Training workshops funded by UICC Workshops Programme
• Award value of up to USD 30,000  

AIMS

• To facilitate capacity building in low- and middle-income countries in alignment with World Cancer Declaration targets.

WHO

• Qualified cancer professionals working in official bodies, cancer institutes, professional associations, clinics, or hospitals in low- and middle-income countries.

TOPICS

• Projects should have strong linkage with UICC priority areas and World Cancer Declaration targets.
• Preference will be given to projects focusing on cancer policy, cervical cancer, palliative care, paediatric oncology, and registry development.
